White Sangria is a "Girl's Day" drink

It is funny how some things are meant to be enjoyed in the winter, like chili and beef stew. While others are strictly summer, that is how I feel about sangria. It is a sitting out side, soaking in the sun, enjoying life, kinda drink. White Sangria is a surprising good change from an already great Red Sangria. It is easy to make and Very Tasty!!

1 bottle of Chablis, Riesling or Pinot Gris
1/2 cup of peach schnapps
2 cups  of ginger ale

Combine in a glass pitcher with frozen raspberries, frozen peaches and lemon or limes slices. Add ice to  wine glasses when ready to serve. Make sure to put some fruit into each glass as well. Cheers :)
